An excited Noelle Freeman becomes Miss City of Orange 2009

On stage question portion of the competition.

Noelle was also the winner of the Steve Ambriz Memorial Scholarship.  She received a $2,500 scholarship for winning the title of Miss City of Orange.  She is a student at Chapman University.

Prior to the pageant Daniella Millis left, Noelle Freeman, Pageant Director Connie Benson, Rachel Berry and Danae Thompson relax on the Chapman University campus.

Pageant director Connie Benson was presented with a crown and sash and named Miss Best E.D. by former Miss city of Orange titleholders Bonnie Carmalt 2006, Lindsay Nault 2007 and Emily Brandenberg 2008.  Connie stands with newly crowned Miss City of Orange 2009 at the Gala following the pageant.

Noelle received her crown following competition Saturday August 16th. 

In the talent phase of competition Noelle performed at ballet solo en pointe from Cinderella.


Noelle wore a bright yellow swimsuit for the physical fitness phase of competition.


Miss City of Orange is the official representative to the city, attending official functions, ribbon cuttings, and holiday events.  She also represents the City at the Miss California pageant held in Fresno, in June.
